Founded in New York City in 2004 by makeup artist David Klasfeld, Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics started with a pair of Lip Balms. As an artist, Klasfeld wanted to develop products that met the needs of artists who weren’t satisfied with the traditional options found on the market, through a commitment to innovation in color, texture and selection.

OCC strives to be on the forefront of colour cosmetics, while honoring both our professional makeup artistry and cruelty-free heritage. OCC is proud to be 100% Vegan & Cruelty-Free, as internationally certified by PETA.
