HEARTWOOD BALL TAKE TWO

Its that time of year again! this friday we are stoked to be a part of the second annual Heart Wood Ball! we love all the bands, you love all the bands, lets get together and party! remember masquerade style attire is suggested but its still cool if you dont! We will have a table set up and lots of love to give! Check out the line up !

Narco Debut

HEY GUYS. TOPH'S GOT ANOTHER SE MI GEM FOR YOU. :)

Narco Debut is a killer quartet from metro detroit and they "bring it on" the melodic spacey rock front. Gorgeous layers of guitars saturated in delays and reverb, soaring vocal melodies with hella range over a rhythm section that just grooves it all along. It's not all sparkles and bells- there's an edge with heavy breaks that don't get lost on the rocker crowd. I particularly like how they remind me a lot of Coheed and Cambria's "Second Stage Turbine Blade" record- one of my absolute favorite things ever recorded.  Just lots of builds and lots of high range vocals that wash over you once they hit the break. I love it. Check out their video for "Apologia" below:

They're obviously worth checking out live, Detroit kids. Add them on facebook, and listen to their S/T EP on band camp. I believe it is available for free right now.Do it. It's not just good. It's sofa king good!

SYCAMOUR CHRISTMAS SHOW!

We are stoked for this upcoming friday! The Sycamour dudes are at it again ! " A Rally In Underground is going to be one of the best Christmas shows, you go to this season! ASSASSINS, BOYS OF FALL, NARCO DEBUT AND RUMOURS! Good friends and Good Times! What else could you ask for!

Putnams Halloween 2014

Ok so we know that this show just happened and all but we still wanted to showcase all the awesome work that was put into this show. Including this awesome video shot by our boy Brandan Keller. Keller is the talented brain behind the recent Sycmour Videos . 

All in all it was a great time with tons of friends, great costumes, and a solid line up with : Sycamour, Boys of Fall, Narco Debut, The Worst of, The Head vs The Heart, At the Hands of Victims,  and Know Your Rank!
