As some of you may remember, just last week we shared a badass Detroit girl-power video entitled “A Girls Guide to Detroit”.
This week, we’re continuing the female badassery by sharing this Michigan independent film and music projects company named Never Say Die MI, which is owned and operated by two chicks - Leah Castile and Tifini Kamara. Since NSD's birth less than one year ago, they have released a series of rad videos called “The Living Room Sessions.” The LRS's are exactly what you would expect – artfully filmed live performances by some solid acts in a living room.
Last weekend, NSD started filming The Living Room Sessions, PT II in Detroit! The series is set to include some great local Detroit acts, including: Jamaican Queens, Mexican Knives, Ritual Howls, Shigeto and J. Walker & The Crossguards.
