Co2okie!!!

I've gone over a bunch of different strains and wax. Now, its time to talk about some edibles. There are a bunch of different types of edibles you can make. Anything from brownies to even fried chicken. What i'm going to talk today is True Labs Co2 chocolate covered Oreos. In all honesty, these could be considered dangerous because of how delicious they are. I call these crack cookies because as soon as you take a bite, you want another one. There are a few methods of making edibles. The most popular to the public would be canna-butter. But, that isn't the only way. You can also use Co2 oil or even use wax to make edibles. Im which both of these methods tend to be stronger. The chocolate cover oreos are made with 44mg of Co2 oil. The perks of using Co2 oil over canna-butter is the taste and potency. Canna-butter tends to taste a lot like weed and sometimes seems weak because its hard to distribute how much goes into a product evenly. Co2 is very easy to spread out in food so it has a more even potency throughout the products. The Ture Labs Oreos are absolutely great for low tolerance patients that aren't fans of smoking but need a natural sedative. DEATH STAR!

In celebration of this weeks Force Awakens premier we present to you Death Star! Finally an indica that is appropriate for night and day time. Of course it would be named after Star Wars. Death Star is a blend of the indica strain Sensi Star and the sativa Sour Diesel. Both strains have such dramatic effects that you would think the high from them being put together would drive you insane. Death Star is known to be a heavy indica, which is true but, the amount of euphoria that it takes from its sativa side is amazing. This strain is recommended for daytime or nighttime. It has great pain relief and tones of mental help. I would say this is a great strain to keep around for an anytime use. Its fairly popular now-a-days so, i'm sure you won't have trouble finding it! LAMBS BREAD

Two weeks ago I had no idea what Lamb's Bread was until this amazing strain came around and blew my mind. As soon as I ripped into the bulk bag, a sweet earthy pungent smell sneaked into my nose and I felt as if I've found true love. This super sativa has an instant euphoric feel, leaving you with an abundance of creative and inspirational thoughts. Lamb's Bread origins come out of Jamaica and is said to be a favorite of Bob Marley. Lamb's Bread is an amazing strain to have around when you have been feeling down in the dumps. Its a major mood booster. Lots of laughs are packed into this fantabulous strain.

Dab Rigs

A few weeks ago, I touched on a cannabis product that most of us stoners call dabs. This week i'm going to talk about one of the methods you take dabs. Dab rigs are essentially bongs for the most part. They do make dab pipes but, they are absolutely awful and I don't recommend using them. The way you use dab rigs is a bit different.... Some say that it reminds them of how you would smoke crack and in which is why some don't partake in a dab sessions. You can use any normal water bong. The only extra pieces you need is a torch, dab nail and a dabber. Dab nails are made out of either quartz, ceramic or titanium. Each nail has different benefits. Dabbers are a glass or titanium rod that you use to touch the dab (wax) to the dab nail. You consume the dab by heating the nail with the torch then taking the dabber with the wax on the end of it and putting to the heated nail. The reason that dabbing is even popular is because it sedates you more than any other way of consuming marijuana. For patients with pain, some say it works better than the best narcotic. For stoners, they say it feels like the first time they've ever smoked again. Dabbing is the ultimate high. Peace! -Colin

Mother's Helper

If you are anything like me, I love when I smoke some green that motivates my creativity to the point that I can't stop whatever project that I start til its finished. Mother's Helper is by far one of those strains. I absolutely love the earthy sweet smell and taste. It will have your head on cloud 9 for hours. This strain is a hybrid of the sativa Chocolope and the indica Northern Lights #5. The mix of is compared to heaven and hell for how completely opposite the two strains are. Mother's Helper is the type of smoke that leaves you feeling positive, creative and stoked on life. I hear a lot of patients like to have this strain around for anxiety, stress, headaches, pain and any type of depression. I would have to get it an A++ for its capability to knock down any writers block you might have. If you find Mother's Helper, I recommend you buy all of it and save as much as you can. Pax Vaporizer

This is by far one of the best vaporizers I've ever used..... I would consider this the Apple version of vaporizers. Pax even has a weight to it, that makes you know that it's quality. The way you turn Pax on is by pushing the mouth piece in and it heats up in seconds being ready to use! You load the herb on the bottom of the device that has a magnetic cover. Its super easy to clean as well!!! I'd recommend grinding your weed up pretty well to achieve optimal rips. You will love this vaporizer to death. FIREPROOF!

Toph is here with another friggin homegrown BANGERRRRRR <3

This past weekend, Under the Gun Review debuted the new single "Fireproof" for our good homies in Wolfshark. I was really excited to hear this jam, and it didn't disappoint. I'm very proud to have known Colin Guffey as a musician for pretty much forever now, and he's come a long way. He's developed a really cool sound as a vocalist, and works really well with the dynamics the band creates. You end up with this really dope fuck-you-you-don't-even-know-me party jammer. The main riff is a really cool norma-jean esque bit they pull through most of the song without losing the energy of it. The chorus hits you with hint of the Used and maybe a little bit of ETID with the way Colin croons over it. I really love the guitar tone in this band. For being what I and a lot of folks are calling a "Party Metal Band"- I feel the tone is pretty sophisticated. You get this really cool high-end English tube sound with a more natural break up. It's GAWJUSS. :) The bridge starts with the whole band stepping aside and letting our bassist shine. He comes in with this really cool slap-happy riff, where you finally realize how good his tone is as well. Gritty, a bit of a fuzz on it, and only slappy enough to be interesting. Reminds me of He Is Legend's bass sound. And then the whole group gets back into it with this escalating set of bars- starting with some delay on the fiddle and Colin cooing like sexy dove over the top. And then we explode. But Colin doesn't, because he is "FIREPROOF, YOU FUCK!"

How to get legal!!!

I always get asked, "how do I become legal?" Well, its a lot easier than it seems. You just have to have a acceptable reason and documentation to back it up. What are acceptable reasons you ask.... There are a number of things that get approved. The obvious being cancer. Marijuana has helped a fuck ton in the cancer field and continues to make breakthroughs every month. Everything from helping patients get through chemo to even rebuilding white blood cells. But, that isn't the only symptom that gets approved. Pain, asthma, depression, epilepsy, glaucoma, insomnia and even patients in need of an appetite inducer can get approved. There are plenty of clinics that have physicians on staff that can give you a consultation. If you don't get approved, he or she will point you in the right direction so you know how to get approved. Most physicians can do self evaluations as well. So, if you don't have medical or prescription background paperwork, its Ok. They will be able to approve you on site.
